You can look after a huge part of your wedding planning from the powerful admin tools under the bonnet of your wedeze site. Start by importing your list of guests, along with their contact details, and the rest will follow.
You need to know who’s coming, and wedeze makes it easy for your guests to reply to their invitations – they can send their RSVP directly from the site. Received an RSVP via text message or phone call? No problem, simply update the RSVP for the guest from the Guest Manager.
Once your guests send their responses, you can see the status of every invited guest in the Guest Manager. All in one place, whenever you need it, see who’s still not responded, who’s said yes, and who can’t make it.
We all have guests who are technophobes, who may not even have an email address. No problem, you can assign one person from the family who can RSVP on their behalf.
Your security matters. We protect your data, and we can even build your wedding website so it’s only visible to invited guests. It’s your website, and your wedding. Your rules.
You can choose to have the whole wedding website protected, or just a few select pages. We give you recommendations on what should and shouldn’t be protected, but the final decision is yours.
Add as many events as you need, there is no limit. Simply set the name of the event and assign a venue to the event. Set the details for the event such as the times, dress code and any special instructions.
Any guests invited to that event will then be able to see the event details, and even be able to get directions to the venue with the click of a button using our Google Maps integration.
If a guest is not invited to an event, then they will not see the event at all, avoiding the ‘why am I not invited to….’ conversation that we all dread!
It’s getting closer and closer to the event and you now need to set up a seating chart. Our seating manager makes this as easy as drag and drop. We already know who is attending each event from the RSVP, so you can now easily ‘drop’ guests onto tables.
You can then download and print your seating plan for each event as required. If you wish, our designers can create a beautiful design* for your seating plan ready to be sent for printing so that you can display it at the venue.

With our Accommodation Planner, a designated person from the ‘other side’ can login and assign guests to rooms and indicate whether single/double/triple rooms are required and any other special requirements. You can then provide this list to the hotel who can assign room numbers, and your guests will be given the keys on arrival. No more last minute frenzy when the guests arrive!
We can also get a list of the information the hotel needs from guests (passport numbers etc for international guests) and we can ask the guests to submit this information beforehand, and this can go directly to the hotel. This includes any airport pick-ups that may be required.
In some cultures, it is customary for either the bride or groom’s side to provide accommodation for the other side. This can be a huge headache, especially as you don’t usually know the names of the guests from the other side, who needs a double or triple room, which guests need to be rooms next to each other etc. This feature alleviates all of that and makes the planning much simpler.
Personalised E-vites & Card Inserts
With our wedding websites, you have the choice to send e-vites or traditional wedding cards, or both! You may want to send a great looking Save The Date email, and then send traditional wedding cards closer to the time.
These can be personalised and there are several designs to choose from. The wedding card inserts can be printed and added to the wedding card so that guests can get their wedding website login details when they receive their traditional printed wedding card.
As it gets closer to the wedding, you will find that you may need to send out email communications to your guests, or selected guests. Our messaging feature allows you to easily send emails to guests and track whether the emails have been opened or delivered (let’s face it, some of the email addresses might be many years old and no longer in service!).
You can easily send an email to all guests who haven’t yet RSVP’d, or maybe all guests who have RSVP’d yes to a certain event.
This feature is a huge time saver and saves you having to trawl through a long list of guests to find out who you need to email.
We have built-in reporting which will give you a snapshot of the current state of affairs, for example:
- Guests who have not yet RSVP’d
- Guest who have RSVP’d yes for a particular event
- Event report, total numbers attending an event broken down into adults and children
